Abstract outline

Lokomat

Background:
Is a therapy with a machine value at about 290000 €. is an orthotic device based on technology DGO (driven gate driving brace or orthotics), simulates and reproduces the gait of the individual.
It is important in phisiotheraphy because this theraphy influence in person with physical limitations and neurological problems, with this machine the pacient can have a better progress in less time, major improvement.

Purpose:
throught the daily activities of the life you could improve and training in neurogicals pacients through continuous repetition. the theraphy with locomat is based in this thing and this allows a locomotion funsion theraphy intensive with increase feedback.
Is a machine to rehabilitation.
Recover motor skills of pacients, giving them the hope of walking again.

Methods:
was designed in Germany
Lokomat system for a gait training is part of the reeducation of the gait, the partial unloading of body weight is therefore consisting of teadmill attached to a harness to support body weight. Lokomat is associated with a robot or electremechanical system adapted as a brace, mobilizes the hip and knees simulating physiological gait, flexion and extension of the ankle is blocked and antiequino controlled straps.
The control and coordination of the tapestry of movement orthosis is done through a computer system that allows adjust the stride length, bow hip and knee joint symmetrically or asymmetrically, the gait speed and streght guide off stiff gait of pattern.
 Result:
Achievement an improvement significant use of lower limbs and the ability of gait, a improvement in speed, resistance, gait, etc.

Conclusion:
Is a good form of rehabilitation because you can have big changes of improvement.
Faster progress through training sessions longer and more intensive functional compared to manual treadmill training.
reduce the physical effort of the therapists.
allow to supervised and assess the Gail of the patient.

This abstracts have many difference, in the structure and the content.
In the first oppsition, in the structure, we can see that in the second paper  (2) we have just  a summary. In the first (1) we can see that have a structure more specific. It is divided in background, materials and methods, results, conclusion.
In the second difference, the content, we have that this two discuss about humeral fractures but in the paper (1) this issue is focused  in that proximal humeral fractures are attributed to osteoporosis. In the paper (2) is related to supracondylar fractures of the humerus are one of the most common fracture of childhood. therefor, them talk about fracures but differents tipes and focus.
